problems with domain renewal

Up until recently I have had first class support and services from 34sp but have been having problems with the renewal of my domain.

When I first got an account I got the domain name just after. Now it's time to renew my domain name and so my website and email has been disabled.

I have tried to contact 34sp regarding paying for the renewal, but have not been responded to (i did include a new email address that I can be contacted on). This was over 24 hours ago.

Before I used to get a confirmation that the email has been recieved, but now I not heard of anything since I sent my email. Has to confirmation id system been taken out of place?

No, the auto-responder with the ticket number is still in place.
If you didn't get that reply, then it's likely we didn't receive your original emails.

I've also filled in the online form in the accounts pages and have had no response.

I've sent emails from my hotmail account and yahoo account and still not recieved a confirmation email,

Am I doing something wrong?

after sending the emails multiple time from my hotmail account I have checked my sent items and noticed that none of the emails were placed in there. So I do appologise for that (micrsoft error not yours)

Although I did send an email through my yahoo account which I did not recieve a response, I have resent the email through the yahoo account and have recieved the confirmation id.
