tried to report some feedback on a support ticked i submitted and looks like someone forgot to renew a ssl certificate.... am sure its been spotted already but thought i should mention it on here in case it hasn't and a staff members checks the forum

error: Secure Connection Failed

details: www.34sp.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 12/04/2009 00:59.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

smartertrack.34sp.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate expired on 12/04/2009 00:59.

This should be corrected shortly. There was an issue with the *.34sp.com wildcard certificate today. This is presently being worked on. Indeed I think 34SP.com should now be running fine.

Ultimately the warning doesn't prevent access to siteadmin services, or indeed our own site. Most browsers will allow you to add a temporary security exception to bypass the warning.

I added an exception to Thunderbird a while ago and forgot about it.

Today I set up a new email client and I notice the certificate for *.34sp.com is still the old one (i.e. expired on 12th April). Is this ever going to be renewed?

My new email client (on a mobile phone) appears to have no option to add the certificate as an exception, and I'm lazy and don't want to click "continue and ignore certificate error" each time

let us know what server this is on and we can get this sorted, very few people use ssl on pop3/imap so these can sometimes get missed.
