Where exactly is that link - support.34sp.com is in a transition state at this moment it was moved across servers and to a new webdesign at around 5pm yesterday, it may just be a little longer while things settle down.

I can confirm that I can see the error to (at the top of the page).

The message is:
Code:

Warning:  filesize(): Stat failed for downloads/34SP_Userguide_2.1.zip (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/support.34sp.com/httpdocs/index2.php on line 14

The error would imply you are still seeing the old site - put when you click the links the servers are trying to access the old file from the new site.

try doing a CTRL+refresh on your browser and see if you get a different support page (it should open directly at the userguide)

does the page you see have the 'interactive help' down the right hand side?

If so you are seeing the old version of the page still and your ISP has not yet caught up with the dns changes.

You can access the support site via http://80.82.112.193 - that should give you the new site (without the broken links- hopefully!!!!!)

There's no difference between http://www.support.34sp.com/index2.php?show=userguide#userguide and http://80.82.112.193/index2.php?show=userguide#userguide

<curious>
Why is there a user guide button ?
Clicking on technical support / support home takes us to it anyway

Me too and it can't be in my cache as I haven't visited the site since clearing cookies, history and clearing my PC of junk.

Just a way to get straight to the userguide, without having to scroll, depending on the screen resolution you are running.

With the wealth of information on the page, I have scroll bars @ screen of 1280 x 1024.
But I don't use my browsers at full size ! They'te within 10px of width and height tho.
Assuming others have scroll bars , I find it easier to scroll than click yet another link

The error at the top doesn't show with index.php?blah de blah but does with index2.php?blah de blah.
