Guessing the answer is no, but does 34SP.com support Silverlight sites?

Silverlight is a client-side technology, meaning it runs in the user's browser. It is very similar to Flash in that respect.

All you need is to server up a .xap file and a page to host it in. This is entirely possible using 34sp.

A slight gap here in replying...

Silverlight on its own is indeed client side and I have deployed it from 34sp.com with no problem.

However if you want db access this is done server side via RIA and there doesn't seem to be any way of registering the web server component in the 34sp.com control panel or maybe I have missed something?
