I believe someone is trying to brute force an attack on one of my vps servers, I'm seeing a lot of entries in my daily logs

SASL Authentications failed 154 Time(s)
Service smtp (pam) - 154 Time(s):
Realm mail.fit-paws.co.uk - 154 Time(s):
User: accounts - PAM auth error - 1 Time(s):
User: acer - PAM auth error - 6 Time(s):
User: admin01 - PAM auth error - 1 Time(s):
User: apple - PAM auth error - 6 Time(s):
User: asus - PAM auth error - 6 Time(s):

The entries go on and on up through the alphabet.
I'm using fail2ban is there some way of configuring fail2ban to automatically add the IP address of the machine thats trying to hack my server?

Cheers
Simon
