I have recently installed joomla and it's changed lots! as i have now sussed out what i am doing to make pages visible i decided i would have a clear out, which has maybe gone oops!
all i have done is go through the articles section and trash just about everything in there that was in the initial install, but now i can't access either the back end or front end of the site - so did i trash something out of the articles section that was crucial?
I have emailed a support ticket in but thought i would ask here to as i am not expecting a reply until the morning and i would like to continue to add some more articles tonight.
thank you in advance,
Paula

No, your articles section is not vital to the general wellbeing of Joomla!

What errors do you see?
